That sounds great, don't give up on medicine! I'm in year twelve too, just taking three AS' at the moment as I dropped the fourth (Classics) midway into the year, and am going to pick up AS History next year to compensate. How do you find History in general, apart from lots of essays? I didn't take History at GCSE so I'm a bit apprehensive about studying it for AS.
I can't lie, im finding quite difficult as you've got to do quite a lot, especially in unit 2 where its source based questions and under timed conditions, its quite a pressurising situation. I found unit 1 very interesting whereas i dont really enjoy unit 2, but it obviously depends what board u do and wot content u prefer. Hope thats ok.

Good luck! I know it's easy to say, but try not to put too much pressure on yourself. I'm sure you'll do amazingly

    thanks!

In my opinion you are better off retaking both units. True, Unit 2 is worth a lot more than unit 1, But to be fair the content isn't particularly difficult and you are better off having a solid base to build on if you do well in Unit 1.
