How to work out how many marks I need in my exam to get a B?

I am wondering how to work out how many marks/what percentage I need to get a B in my Chemistry exam. To get a B I need 70%, in my coursework I got 86%. The coursework is worth 20% of the full grade, is there any way to work out what percentage of the paper I need to get right before I get an A?

Thanks in advance.

If 70% is what's required for an A you need 66% in your paper

86*0.2 gives the percent you have already from coursework

70 minus that gives the extra percent you need overall to get a B, which here is 52.8=53

So you need 53% of the whole thing, ie. (53/80)*100 percent of the exam, which is 66.25=67% of the exam. Thats to literally just hit a B  Hope this helps xxx
