Higher Music Exam Thread

Just a place for people to talk about it, I couldn't see a thread for this subject so thought I'd make one. How is everyone's revision going?

Also, can anyone explain how I know if something is a fugue please? I always get that one wrong.. >.<

I done higher music last year and found fugue really hard to get my head around. Use this site, it gives good explanations and music examples :biggrin:

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how to differentiate "idee fixe" and "leitmotif". I know the chances of these two coming up in the same qu. are very slim, but i would still like to know. (just in case!)
