How to stay awake?

    I'm really tired and have to do some stats revision for tommorow so must stay awake!

    I dont have any coffee How effective is tea? (regular PG Tips)

    It's early enough for you to go for a nap - go for 1 or 2 hours?

    A cup of tea has about half the caffeine as a cup of coffee, but obviously that depends on a few things.

    I usually make a bowl of icing sugar- works!
    Just have to remember to SUPER clean my teeth. :yep:

    I'm doing the same for stats tomorrow, and i have a big bottle of coke next to me

    I'll drink a cup of tea about ten-ish aswell, so hopefully make it till about half one, two o'clock (yn)

    Failing that, i'll probably get up at half 5 in the morning.

    I'm having that problem. I'm drinking lots of tea too. Have been all day though :p: I plan on having a cold shower later when I'm in serious need of being woken up.

    Tea does work. Try fruit and healthy snacks too coz u'll get healthy sugars out of them to keep u awake

    I try this when I am hardcore revision! Not before exams because I can't cram! Tea is absolutly rubbish for me! I try running on the spot, trying to down coffee (taking that I absolutly hate coffee - this has never been completed)!!! I would suggest just give in and go to bed! Next time revise with lots of time before! I have been doing a past paper a day for the last 3 weeks - cause I am cool! lol

    I was a coffee addict. Like proper, I've converted to Redbull now, which actually works wonders!!! But DO NOT drink it just before your exam, believe me, you will fall asleep during your exam :|

    You will be suprised how a little nap can make a HUGE difference to your alertness and productivity. I go to sleep most days when I come home from college.

    20 minutes is the optimal time (for most people), based upon duration/effectiveness.

    But an hour or so will not hurt. Going to sleep for 1 hour, may allow you to stay away for 2 hours longer tonight.

    For me its Edexcel S1..your gunna revise to 2am?!?!?!?!?! I would but I have to be in school 845 > : (

    lol, i'm doing Edexcel as well, same one.

    yepp, but i sometimes start feeling tired about 1ish, so nothing productive gets done.

    We have to be in half an hour before the exam, so half eight :L, just guna have loaddsaa coffee and energy bars in the morning.
    Lucky i don't live far i suppose.
