You have 2y=3x4 2y = 3x - 4

Dividing both sides by 2 gives:

y=32x2y = \frac{3}{2} x - 2

Now you can plot it just like any other straight line graph - the intercept at 2-2, and the gradient is 32\frac{3}{2}.
