Make 2 inferences (your own ideas that are not actually stated in the source) with supporting evidence from the source.

E.g. Source A suggests that the Nazi party were concerned about the influence of the Churches in Germnay and did not challenge their position as a result (this is an inference).

This is shown in Source A when it mentions that the Nazis did not have the courage to destroy the Churches because of the risk of opposition (this is the supporting evidence from the source).

1) State the message of the source.
2) Provide evidence and then link it to your first idea. Expand, maybe give some cotextual knowledge (in 7 mark questions, 1 mark is always for contextual knowledge).
3) Repeat, probably by using another idea about the source and providing evidence from it using details of the source/your own knowledge.

I think you give 3 ideas overall, including evidence and contextual knowledge.
Try:
Positives and Negatives - Provenance of source (why, where, when etc)
Positives and Negatives - Content of source (is it correct, does it fit the facts)
- bring in your own knowledge about the content, and about things like propaganda
good luck

Origin- Who wrote it?
Purpose- Why did they write it?
Date- When did they write it?
Content- What does it say?

I might put this in my sig I've said it so many times.
