I would think it as an A......but i'm not sure.
For Strathclyde university in Mathematics, this is what it states:

If you have not met the requirements at the end of fifth year, you will generally require one grade higher overall. We welcome a combination of Highers and Advanced Highers. Advanced Higher Maths is strongly recommended. Advanced Highers will be counted as follows; Advanced Higher at B equals Higher at A' Advanced Higher at C equals Higher at B.

So by this your advanced higher B would equal an A at higher. Here is the link :smile:

what does an Advanced higher B = as a higher?

All the prospectuses I've read say A. :smile:
