OCR History A (Schools History Project)

Hi guys, Im doing my History tommorow (absolutely terrified) and I was just wondering how to structure my answers.

I am a bit stuck with the "essay" style questions, which seem to follow these sort of structure while asking the question

"Briefly describe" - so for this I was told either list five points, or list 2 and explain them both for full marks, or am I incorrect?

"Explain why" Would explaining 2 points suffice?

and c) Questions usually ask "who is more important" or similarly asking you to compare, so to my understanding I would explain why x is important, explain, why x isnt important, explain and then ultimately make a judgement?

Hope I can get some help while I revise to foundation knowledge for the questions! Thanks!

The briefly describe ones are easy enough, just make sure you have at least five different points, even if they are closely linked.
For the long questions; explain why X is important, explain why Y is important, explain why X isn't important, explain why Y isn't important then conclude who was more important. Phew.
