internet conection at holland house?

In the top top room (115) and i hear we onl have internet connection in the "basement" what the hell is the point in that homies and hommettes

Yeah I didn't really understand that - especially since they call it 'wireless'. Surely if it's wireless, access would be available from each room in the house...well, unless it's very limited.

My school went wireless a couple of years ago. You'd be surprised just how rubbish the system can be with a bit of luck and a rubbish IT department. Especially if there are thick walls with a lot of plumbing/wiring in.

Yeah but you'd think if that was the case they wouldn't place the router in the basement!! I'm sure there's a logical explanation for it...

could always run a cable up to a router on ur floor, if ur willing to pay for it... :biggrin:
