I was angry about the dalmatians because those dogs are more dalmatian pointer and yet it took them years for them to become kennel club registered and they're so much healthier. At a vets I've been to I saw a bladder stone removal and the vet just went "oh another dalmatian with bladder stones what a suprise"
I was just glad that they eventually did, hopefully it starts to win dog shows and people start to accept it.

At the vets I currently work at, when a bulldog comes in pregnant for the millionth time, we all just look at each other, thinking how someone could put a dog through that time after time, welcoming more and more inbred 'mutants' into the world. I know it sounds judgmental but it is obvious that some of the people who breed dogs don't care at all about their wellbeing, it's all about the money.

You and me both! After the Cambridge rejection I was really depressed and stuff and again when I got the liverpool rejection. This has really made my week and it's had an impact already! I had to row today and have been struggling with a mental barrier on my 5k races and got a PB today like an hour after getting my offer

What's everyone doing to prepare? I've looked at diseases, vaccinations, have a general knowledge of recent topical issues, but I don't have a great idea of what they're actually gonna want from me. I'm not a fan of this being kept in the dark shizzle

For edinburgh interviews are the only things we need to take references and a passport photo? also with the tour do you go anywhere muddy etc - is it alright to wear my outfit for interview?

Yeah am pretty sure thats all you need...and no you don't go anywhere muddy!! I didn't even get a tour on my day- but if you've booked one or something then it won't be muddy don't worry because i went to the open day and its all clean around the buildings...so just wear your interview outfit
