No, the internet speed you will get is usually between 10 and 100 MB/s depending on load on the network when you access it and the speed of the universities internet connection. But be warned if you are planning mass downloading most universities ban this due to the load it puts on the network and also most P2P programmes are banned for the same reason, so their is not much scope to do allot of downloading.

it is uncapped but they enforce the P2P ban very forcefully and effectively...

they know what you are downloading, even if you use anonymous proxies :smile:
