Basically the standard and enhanced buildings started out the same, but the enhanced ones have been refurbished. If you do the virtual tour thingy, you can compare the two and see the differences for yourself...

I think that Hope is enhanced, and that the standard rooms at Hope are actually in Lazenby (which is a lovely little house just across the lawn from Hope). So, I s'pose the difference there is mainly just how many other people live in the same building as you.

with lafrowda go advanced... you get an extra little living room thing in your kitchen which is pretty nice
