A-level grades - beyond university
Do they matter so long as you meet your offer - I think i might have ended up with fewer A*s than I would have liked, and perhaps a B in music. Will this affect my career/postgraduate prospects?
As long as you have met your offer or your grades are higher than the offer you have got into your firm university.
Getting grades higher than your offer will help you in the future.

Some graduate programmes may use A level grades as a initial filter like in investment banking - confirmation needed.
But mate, even one A star is amazing! And one B is certainly no problem. Jeez...your making the rest of us look bad ; P

I've seen some firms around on TSR that autofilter out applicants for graduate jobs if their A Levels are below something or another. However, provided you get AAA, then that'd satisfy the requirements for all the ones I've seen.
