Avoid the northwest london and east london boroghs at all costs. Camden Brent Harrow and Barnet are northwest london and r not very nice, especially if u dont like stab scars and value ur wallet. East london is full of mad cockneys who knock ppl out 4 lookin at them. Try acton or earls court
My friend lives in Barking and has never had any trouble. So I guess it depends on the person.
Oh, and Acton is a ********.
