Napster

It's now legal so are we allowed to use it? or would it be considered to be clogging up the lines?

i'd guess it would be fine. with free p2p things, the main problem (apart from its illegality) is that people actually download tonnes and tonnes, gigabytes daily. if it's something like napster where you're paying, and you're a student, i can't imagine you'd download songs anywhere near as often as that. also, it's only downloading which takes place; p2p can clog up because people download off you at the same time. anyway that's what i'd assume, but i don't know the exact rules..

yeah, although i think napster do a great offer of 9.99 a month and download as much as music on to your pc as you want. So i do sometimes download a fair bit but not excessive at all.
