They amuse me. Susan Brownmiller is a great example. Here's a particular gem from 'Against our Will':
'Rape is a conscious process of intimidation by which all men keep all women in a state of fear.'
Right. So my 80 odd year old grandmother bricks it and keeps one finger on a rape alarm every time I go to visit her? Makes perfect sense.
