NCC home learning. I am with them atm, studying AS Biology as I want to do a nursing degree in Sept 2011. You have to be really motivated though, and you have to book exams yourself (you have to do that with most distance learning companies). I am struggling to find the motivation lol.

How do you do the practical exams? Which exam board is the best to go with?

My course is the Edexcel one and I don't have any practical exams, just the written ones. Can't comment on the A2 part (although I'm quite sure that's not practical either) but for the first year you have 2 exams and one piece of coursework (which needs to be externally marked by someone else). There are a few assignments that tie in with the exam units as this helps you get a better understanding, they're not compulsory but you can easily do them at home. I can't comment on the Chemistry though, you'd need to phone up and ask.

    Hey,
Just wanted to know how you did in your Biology exams as I'm thinking of doing the same qualification.
