Umm kind of, I didn't explain it properly though, there can be any number of colours, so like there could be

BBB
RRR
BRR
RBB etc.
red red red
blue blue blue
red red blue
blue blue red
blue red blue
red blue red
blue red red
red blue blue

Eight combinations maybe? Sorry if i've missed any out... Not sure how you would calculate it in an easier way though?
(Hope thats what you were wanting :p:)

Seems right, but is there a method for working it out? Or even some sort of mathematical website haha, I kind of need to do it for a few scenarios :p:

Thinking about it, it would be the number of colours you have ^ the number of spaces.

So 2^3 = 8

Easy!
