Yea, Peckham's fine - I don't feel unsafe. But the insurance companies must disagree because they charge a bomb!
I'm glad most of the people in here were only robbed because they left their windows open, I might as well take my chances then.

To you guys freaking out about the CCTV -- the copper refers to "the capture house" which rather suggests that this was a police honeytrap operation.

And not the accidental uncovering of the Government's secret, Halls of Residence-wide MasturbaCam scheme.
