Hi im trying to write my introduction for my coursework on the matching hypothesis. could anyone help me with any suggestions of people i should include. i know the obvous ones like walster, huston and murstein. did anyone talk about anyone else?

Sorry, I wish I could be of use. Maybe if you told me what the matching hypothesis was I would remember. I probably learnt it and then promptly forgot it!!!
Hi

I'm currently doing my coursework too and I think you'll find that there's Murstein (1972), Walster et. al(1966) and Silverman (1971). ( He did the experiment regarding couples in public places) All of their studies could easily be included in your introduction and would support your hypothesis ideas. If anyone wants to chat about psychology or anything just drop us a line! I'd be happy to help or be helped!!!

Hope to speak soon,
Georgia xxxx
