describe your daily food intake

i was watching supersize vs superskinny and the weekly food intake of the skinny person was basically the same as what i eat but was supposedly shockingly little. a typical day for me would be:

breakfast - one slice of toast with butter.
lunch - bowl of coco pops and a smoothie
a diet coke
dinner - noodles and a smoothie
a diet coke
and then a litre bottle of water every day lol. and a multivitamin.

what does everybody else eat generally, i want to see what the 'norms' are!

A bowl of cereal and I'm not even ******** you. It's pathetic I know. GTFO.
Breakfast. Weetabix
Brunch. Bacon egg sandwich
Lunch. Chrisps + choc + sandwich
Tea. Tea+ biscuits
Snacks
Dinner. Meat!
now that it's the summer hols, i dont have breakfast as i sleep through. so brunch is usually like chicken bits or microwaved chicken curry or pot noodle

then sometimes if im hungry i eat toast as snack during the day.

then dinner is usually a big meal full of junk.

then i get hungry around midnight again and snack on toast again

but i'm tall so i need more food :smile:

similar to me:

Mine is ,

2 weetabix -200 cal
toast with marg - 250 cal
tea , varies but normally around 500 cal
drinks is a mixture of water , diet coke and milk =200 cal
others, these vary between bananas, crackers etc 150 cal

total 1300 cal WIN!

Breakfast: Nothing don't have time.
Lunch: Sandwich or soup or jacket potato, occasionally a school meal.
Dinner: Noodles or just sandwiches.
Snacks: Crisps and a lot of fresh orange during the day :biggrin:

If I'm at work though I will eat breakfast and that's about it for a weekend. Takes too much energy to find food when you work till gone midnight so miss dinner time!!

Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch: Sandwich, fruit and cake
Snack: Biscuits
Dinner: Whatever I can be bothered to cook, usually vegetarian though
Late night snack: Toast and philadelphia mmm

I've put on weight since I started eating properly, yay! Bigger boobs!

Breakfast - Coffee, those cluster cereals (mmmm yumyum) and if I have time: yogurt and a banana
Lunch - Sandwhich (pref BLT) and bottle of waters and a packet of crisps
Dinner - varies from Jacket Potato, Pizza/pasta, Cous cous & curry OR lasagne + salad + generally an alcoholic drink or 7up.

The above is generally a week day/when I'm at college, weekends I have 1 main meal and just drinks a sh*t load haha ;D

Even though it looks a lot, I have small portions of each meal = being a size 4/6. So I try to get all my nutrients and vitamins/iron etc but not go OTT.

okay most people seem to be eating similar amounts; i try not to go above about 1300 cals in a day, if i do i get annoyed lol. i'm 9 stone atm and 5"7, i really want to be 8 stone by september!
