Watched New Moon at the weekendAnother Twilight thread....
I watched New Moon at the weekend and was actually surprised by the fact that I quite enjoyed it. It was definitely better than the first film and the editing on this one was a lot better, plus I felt like there was more of a plot than in Twilight. More blockbuster elements than the first film, I guess. However, it still made me laugh, especially during the slow-motion carpark scene where Edward gets out of his car and walks towards Bella, I couldn't stop giggling at the hilarity of it. In slow-motion, it just looked so funny.
If I didn't know better, I'd say Twilight is a badly written comedy.
It was enjoyable enough though, and it made me want to see the third film, but not enough to want to bother to go to the cinema. I'll just wait until it comes out on DVD.
