So is it d/l stuff they block and not when streaming online?

I runa website and need to use online streaming, does that count?

At most universities Peer to Peer is blocked (due to legalities and strain on the network) and Large file uploading / downloading is frowned upon (although possible) and you may lose your connection if you are found doing it a lot.
