I know when I had a few telephone interviews I was searching around the internet for help so, I'm just going to give those people just like myself some tips and guidance on what sort of questions might be asked.

Firstly they will ask you to confirm your name and address. They will then go on to explain what the role applying for entails. The role I applied for was "Customer Complaint Advisor"

Questions:

"Can you explain a time when you made a commitment?"
"When was the last time you worked in a team?"
"When was the last time you gave great customer service?"
"Can give me a detailed time when you've had to deal with an angry customer?"
"When have you gone that extra mile for a customer?!"
"Can you describe a time when you disagreed with an opinion or issue"?
"Can you tell me a time when you had to make a quick decision?"

Judging from my experience of Virgin Media Customer Services, they will take anyone, regardless of intelligence or experience. You'll be fine.
