Waypoint's weekly bulletin went up yesterday, pretty much confirming that Spartan Ops will be episodic DLC with a season pass in the box. But this bit stood out to me.

'How long does a season of Spartan Ops last? And also, how many seasons will there be? –MeCauseIShotYou

A season of Spartan Ops will be months, rather than mere weeks. Each mission should take about 15 minutes or more, depending on number of players and difficulty rating. Fiction will be incorporated into gameplay via vignettes, voiceover, and other methods, and compounded by episodes of straight drama, around seven minutes in length. And there will be five MISSIONS per week and one episode of naked fiction, which roughly equals well over an hour of content per episode. Between Spartan Ops and Campaign, you're basically getting two campaign equivalents for one price.'

Potential for more than one season of Spartan Ops? Perhaps new DLC will include a pass for a new season as well as maps? Or am I just being rampantly speculative?

Thanks for the offer, though they are going to reprint it in October anyway, so I'll wait till then to see if they start selling the kindle version again.

lol Brilliant.

One of the best Halo moments I ever had was denying some Japanese guys a win in Doubles by beating them 25-24 on Chill Out (edit: Cold Storage). What made it better was that they were both 49's in it

Winning games that the internet says you shouldn't is a great feeling.

I'm sorry, bro. But I doubt I'll be on tonight. In my defence, I didn't say I would be!

What does it mean when it says I have a closed NAT type?

Generally means your router isn't configured correctly for online gaming.

These ports need to be open: http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-live/connecting/network-ports-used-xbox-live
If you are lazy and know your password you can use: http://www.simpleportforwarding.com/

Thanks for that, I'll try it on Friday after my exams finish
is this soc dead? :-(
I'm not a Reach fan. Patiently waiting for Halo 4 to come out so that the abomination gets buried.
He's not a fan of Reach but he still wet his pants with excitement when air hockey came up.

Live expires in a month and I'm away from home until I go to Norway.

It's been fun, guys. Play with you next summer.

And we never even got to play a farewell game. :nooo: You'll always be remembered as the greatest warthog driver we ever had. Take care and enjoy Norway.
Can we not get one last session in some time before then? For old time's sake :ashamed2:
Hey Gofre? A spot just opened up for warthog driver. You in?

We can substitute you for G8D if you agree to put on a Scottish accent, then it will be like he never left. :holmes:
I'm on now, if anyone is up for H3 online
