It's always sad hearing news like this. RIP Morosini, condolences to his family.

Gijon were never going to keep Madrid out; Madrid's attack is too good.

Dortmund 8 points clear at the top of the Bundesliga, with 9 points left to play for. Basically, title is theirs to lose now.

Dortmund beat Schalke away, while Bayern could only draw against Mainz at home - they did rest a few, but you'd still expect them to dispose of Mainz.

Looks like its CL or Jupp Heynckes will lose his job.

Barca need to buck up some ideas or Madrid gonna take the title again, Busquets is such a wimp why did he hold his hands to his face when the ball was going pretty slowly at him. Would have said take one for the team but hell that header by the guy wasnt even hard or fast...

Extra time in the Coupe de la Ligue final; hopefully it'll go to penalties.

    62?

17 goals in his last 10 successive games. Another record for the collection? :pierre:

Sixty-three now, actually. Messi has scored more this season than Heskey scored in 223 games for Liverpool...

To think, if Messi or Ronaldo can score 1 in every game for the rest of the season and score a hattrick on top of that, they'll basically be on 50 goals in the league! :O

C.Ronaldo against Messi - that's really an interesting and amazing duel in the scorer list. Who of them will be the top scorer at the end?

No, I meant the Primera Division. C.Ronaldo scored already 40 times and Messi 39 times. But I agree with you. Messi will be both in the league and in all competitions the best scorer at the end of the season.

They both have 41 now they broke the record yesterday of most goals in a La Liga season.

Not too sure about that, Ronaldo has a knack for scoring tons of goals against the smaller teams towards the end of the season (like he did last year).

Also, they're both on 41 goals after yesterday's matches, I think.
