No. Big ones would get in the way. Beyond that it makes no difference.
There was a documentary on channel 4 about 3 years ago and it featured a gay man who had so much stuff cosmetically injected into his penis and balls that the testicles were like rugby balls and the penis was a proportionally corresponding size.

I don't know. I knew someone who had to have an operation to have his balls reduced in size. He got them out afterwards in front of a whole group of us and they were still the size of tennis balls, they weren't very attractive.
Psychology 101. I did the same thing after my penis enhancement surgery: showed friends and relatives and told them I'd had a reduction.
They were hugely impressed by "how well it had gone". Yeah, go figure.

To make it worse, he is 6'5'' and twenty stone.
Unless that's solid muscle one probably has a lot to do with the other.
