Study help on Framing effects on psychology and economics

Hi everyone, I am doing an essay on Framing effects and rational thinking (Danieal Kahneman, Amos Terversky, 1979).
I have done some and I have taken a lot out of my reference books. It seems I am almost copying the same thing with too much identical ideas.
Can anyone help me what I should do? Is it already a plagiarism?
