Ok, first off, its pretty normal.
Secondly to try and improve your distance you can try doing kegels and reverse kegels exercises. (basically strengthening your pelvic floor muscles). Once you start getting good control over these muscles, basically kegel hard when you ejaculate, you should start to notice it shotting further.
As for pale semen, try not masturbating for a week, you should notice it is alot thicker and whiter. I remember reading somewhere that the aztecs believed honey helped thicken semen or something along those lines, so i guess you could always give that a try.
As for the babies.... why the heck would you want one?
