Want to transfer Uni

Hey all,

I just finished 3rd year at a Scottish university, and wanting to transfer to another Scottish university for starting in '10, but haven't applied for UCAS yet.

Im guessing I have to apply now, and then try and get a place in clearing, is this right?

Also, since I have already done 3 years, if i change to a similar course at another university, will i get fast tracked to say at least 3rd year?

Give the uni(s) you're interested in a call to see if it's possible to transfer. I don't think you have to apply through UCAS if you've already done 3 years and don't want to start over again.

Sure you can't manage one more year? Just seeing as you've managed 3 already. I realise you didn't start the thread to receive a response like this, but I'm genuinely just curious.
