Food and supplements while studying?

hi there my fellow idiots!

wondering, do anyone else eat alot more snack foods while studying? what can i eat whichh will help me study? i find i keep getting up to snack, partly study boredom.

also any supplements you can advise to help me concentrate and remember stiuff? a dodgy guy recommended ginko bilboa does it work? other advised me pro plus and vitamin B
I'm the same, i used to eat SO much! Sandwiches, crisps, all sorts of rubbish. I find grapes are good because you can just munch on them as much as you want! Or chocolate raisins because they taste good and they are (sort of) healthy lol x

I too end up eating loads of **** while studying, but recently I started eating frozen fruit instead :awesome:

I'd too would like to know some food/drinks that enable concentration. I don't drink coffee.
