its not out of the question, however both dan (writer) and simon said it's quite unlikely. and many people are watching it on saturdays (repeat of thursday episode).

I saw his live show at the Edinburgh Fringe a couple of years ago and I was disappointed. Perhaps PopWorld should come back- he could have a field day poking fun at people like One Direction (especially the one who allegedly had a relationship with Caroline Flack).

lool, Make-up!!! and James (clive) is very funny to work with. The best part of the show is the improv, during rehearsels we just make up stuff and it goes in. And when your acting and someone says something improvised thats reallly funny and your not expecting it, everyone starts laughing. I'm hoping the bloopers go in the dvd this year.

yeah that would be pretty funny!! He gave me some tickets to his gig at Shepburd's Bush Empire, and that should be good. I haven't seen much of his stand-up. Before GH i had only seen him on buzzcocks.

Interesting to hear that bits of improvd stuff often make their way into the show. Are there any best impovised bits that stick in your mind?

I wouldn't have been inclined to see him a couple of years back but some friends that have a similar taste to me saw him recently and said it was excellent. it certainly piqued my interest after such a good opening to this season of GH.

And there was me hoping she grew it for the part! Clive has been hilarious this season, though not intentionally of course. That is so cool, I had no idea that happened...I remember seeing a clip on youtube of the bit where the Grandma shouts at Simon's Dad for leaving him and calls him a '****', then the filming stop and Simon bursts out laughing! Would love to see the bloopers. How'd you land this gig anyway? You don't have to answer all this btw just interesting to have the inside perspective on the show

Also really hoping for another series, it's of such a high quality. I imagine he probably didn't expect one after the first but they got it then, hopefully again...

Oh, wow, that's awesome! I love it when bits in tv programmes are improvised, it makes it seem as if the actors really do know their parts.

Well before the first one aired, it was 4 years in the making. Me and sam spiro (Liz) where the last main characters to be cast, i think a year before filming. However rebecca (Tanya) and Grandma where there from the beginning. Liz was originally cast to Nicola Walker when they did readthroughs to the BBC. No offence to her but i'm glad she didn't stay, cos Sam makes the best Liz, and is amazing!!!

I mainly dd Theatre (mainly just local ones aswell). That's really impressive, so lucky to get that break but obviously saw the potential in you, your scenes were some of the funniest in the first series and this series so far. Sure lots more opportunities will come out of it too, as they seem to be. That's a real shame about filming during university, I'm going myself this year, does that make you year 12 then? I am really hoping for a new series of the show in the future, but even this one was a bonus. Wish you all the best with future projects though, sounds like you've worked hard to get that break!
