    We've had no debate! Laxy hasn't answered my questions. I am waiting for him to do so, so that I can table the appropriate amendment if I need to.

    Seconded - we have both raised concerns relating to this bill, so instead of requesting a vetoed no vote due to our lack of confidence in this bill's preparation, it would be best to allow some debate and possibly find a mutual middle ground on some of the issues.
