Course book lists - when do we get them?
Does anyone know when we'll find out which books we'll need for our degrees?
Depends on the course you are doing, but it might not be until you arrive or very shortly before. Uni administrators will be rushed off their feet at the moment - moreso because of financial cuts this year and mergers as all the old departments join up in the new college system.
Try getting in touch with the admin office for your new dept (NOT admissions) - and have you tried the obvious eg looking on the uni website?
