Erm right so we went through the basics of the approaches in Psychology, only I'm not sure what the Humanistic Approach is all about. Here's what I have written down:

Well the humanistic approach focuses on the Idea of Free will. and that individuals have freedom and chocies in life. Maslows Hierachy of needs (Maslow) is one important model that the approach takes on. Incvluding phsiolgical needs, self esteem needs and cognitive needsa and when all these lower needs and accomlished you reach the highest level of self actualization - Realising your full potential
