What's the largest difference between a grade (in a unit or a whole AS) before and after a retake?
I retook my philosophy January module and went up from 53 (D) to 100 (A)
anyone made a bigger leap?

Went up from 32% to 76% in Biology Unit 3. :woo:

I went from a U in lit to a B? but I was going through personal problems during the time I took the first test so it didn't shock me :P

Retook an english lit module last year, got 56/120 and it went upto 105/120

I also got 100/100 in the other r.e paper which is pretty nice haha, convinced there was a mistake on the results sheet.
yeah, i'd advise you to do an module or two in jan if you get the choice because it gives you a lot more security.

After reading these, I am confident I could gain 5 UMS in my English lit exam that pushed my grade from an A to a B..... how much is a re-mark?

Edit: I'm stupid, you are talking about resitting not remarks... FML.

I went from 56/150
to 147/150

That was AS Philosophy & Ethics.
That was also last year.
Yes I'm still proud :smile:

My coursework went from an E to a B as well. But that was a re-mark.

I've only done one retake (Economics) but I went from 75/100 to 93/100.

My friend got a U in his sociology in January, re-took and found out this morning he got 100% overall...suppose doodling on half the paper, missing both essay questions didn't help him in January :nah:
