Am so confused and just have no idea where to even start. How do you do these?

A particle P moving with constant velocity v has position vector a initially and b at time t. Find v when: a= 2i, b=4i + 4j and t=2

and...

A particle has position vector a initially and position vector b 2 seconds later. Find the velocity vector and the spped of the particle when: a=3i and b= 9i + 8j.

Can anyone help?

Here is the velocity ( I think ) for first part. If u were asked for speed you would apply Pythagoras .
