I got a place at Sheffield, do I need to do anything abouyt accomodation?

Hiiiii... I thankfully managed to get my place at Sheffield yesterday... my friend who is going to Brunel has to ring up today and confirm her accomodation etc... and I am wondering if thats the case for Sheffield or if it all just happens automatically?
