Cosa andrai a studiare?

If I interpreted your question correctly, you are asking which is easier, ielts or toefl (I studied a bit of italian :P). Ielts is based on British English and it comes in two versions, academic and general. Toefl is based on American English and it's academic-based, as the business/general version is called Toeic.

UK and Commonwealth universities tend to request and value Ielts better, therefore my conclusion is that ielts tends to represent your language skills more accurately than toefl. I wouldn't say that one is easier than another one, it's pretty much a matter of getting familiar with the format of the tests, which are different from one another.
If your English is good enough in terms of listening/speaking, vocabulary/writing, you shouldn't have any problem in either of them.

No, non ancora.

As your interview went well I shouldn't worry too much about the english test. I'm sure it will be fine.
