I have scoured post-graduate courses for languages, and I do not believe that such a thing exists.
You can MA's in languages. Manchester, for instance, offers an European Languages and Cultures MA which lets you specialise in languages such as French, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish. I should point out, though, that courses like these aren't focused so much on teaching the language but on the literature and cultural aspects.

But, since you're interested in Chinese, have a look at unis like SOAS. They offer an MA in Chinese Studies which would build on your degree.
Ye, I've been thinking about going down the chinese studies route. I've still got some time to decide I guess. But thanks for the info, was very helpful!!
