Cambridge Application Help!!!

Just a quick question prior to application. My As results are really strong UMS average over 95% leaving out one module. I took D1 after being encouraged by my maths teacher to try doing additional further maths as a 5 As. I had to teach myself and left it too late and really neglected it to focus on S1 which was on the same morning. Therefore I got a C in D1.

Do I have to declare this score on an SAQ or can I leave it as I will probably not resit the module nor use it as part of my Maths or F.Maths modules? And if I do have to declare it does it matter?
You have to declare all modules you've taken on the SAQ, including resits. If you don't, they can withdraw any offer they might give you, or even kick you out.

I don't imagine it will matter hugely, but that depends on what you're applying for
