Accounting vs Business Studies

My plan is to get a degree in Economics and I am wondering which of these 2 A level subjects would be more beneficial towards Economics. I have already picked Maths, Economics and English so I need 1 more out of these 2. Also can anyone underline the main differences between Accounting and Business Studies?

Both of them are 'soft' subjects.

If you want to go to a top uni then go for something a bit more traditional. Perhaps a language? History would also fit well in there.

Assuming you're only taking this to AS, maybe just choose something you like and will get a good grade in.

Neither. Do something more traditional. Further Maths would be good, or perhaps a science.

My first choice atm is Accounting and yeah I am only going to do it for AS. The only other options I've looked at are the Sciences and I do feel I would struggle with them at AS. Wouldn't Maths and Economics help me with Accounting as they are all maths-related?

And yeah I am pretty good at History but I've heard that AS History is very hard?
