I think it's hard to give measurements, they don't go up to fat girls and say "Excuse me, can I measure your waist?"

If you want measurements to determine if you're fat or not, you probably have nothing to worry about. (If that's even the point of this thread)

Someone just went up a dress size.....

IMO, anything above a 12 is getting chubby, 16 plus is fat. But that's not to say there aren't some sexy chubbers... although there's no such thing as a sexy fatty :biggrin:


A size 12 on a 6'2" woman would look unhealthily thin, on a 4'10" woman would look borderline obese.

Could you guys give me your opinions as to what measurements you think makes a girl move from chubby to fat county. based on nothing else but this, not height or anything.

Size 14 -> 16.
Anything bigger than size 16 perhaps?
