I am going to do most of my A2 levels in a college except 1 which I will be doing privately without any teachers etc. Now who do you think is able to predict a grade for me to put on the UCAS form?

Your referee will ultimately have to sign (electronically) to say they agree the predicted grades are realistic, so you should discuss this with them. They will know what level you'll working at generally, and will probably predict about the same for the other subject. They will be able to explain in your reference that you are self teaching.
