When we get there, do we get our room keys first then enrol, or do we enrol then go to the halls to get our keys?
you'll be directed to the Chancellors building where you enrol, there you'll get your keele card, NUS card, check that you're signed up for CSPs and other general admin stuff, then you go to the general block of the halls you're staying in and collect your keys.
