    Upload it to a picture upload website such as tinypic.com, and then there will be a code with [IMG] tags around it, just copy and paste the code exactly as it is into your post

    Alternatively, you can attach a photo as a TSR attachment (options should be in Advanced Preview or Go Advanced) and then use the [IMG] tags.
