I'm not at LSE but my course has a very similar level of maths and all i can tell you is if you can cope with A level maths and FM Maths (if you did it) you'll be fine. It's more about having a mathematical mind than whether or not the material is hard.

I don't know if the OP is looking at an MSc/PhD possibly, not the BSc program.
I think the course he is looking at is the Graduate Diploma (conversion course) that can be done as an external student:

the answer on how much maths is in it is really given by looking at the curriculum on that link, it's not going to be the same as the students who are doing BSc at LSE. I would say however that with a low score in the Abitur for Maths you may find the maths a bit difficult. The content is likely to include fairly basic calculus, optimization techniques, statistics (probability, estimation, hypothesis testing, simple and multiple regressions)
