Photo for I.D

Is anyone else having trouble getting their photo to be less than 30kb for the online registration? I've made my photo as small as possible and the quality is awful too, and it's still over 60kb in size. :confused:
if you havn't already, save it from paint as a jpg/jpeg
if youve done that, and if you have photoshop, open it up and 'save for web' and let photoshop compress it
if you dont have photoshop but have fireworks, file -> 'export wizard' -> type desired export size and click ok, and either accept what fireworks selects for you, or chose a format which provides the best quality whilst keeping below 30kb, and export.
if you cant do any of that, send it to me and ill compress it for you and send it back

Paint.net allows you to change the format and the size on the fly before saving it. That's what I'm using.

Or try GIMP. (Yeah, I know it sounds funny right). Pretty much the free version of photoshop if you can't get the real photoshop from the internet..... :smile:
