Preparation for College?

I'm starting college in just over a week, and was wondering if I should do some sort of revision. For example, I was going to brush up on some german vocabulary or re-learn some of the things I have forgotten in maths. Is this a good idea, or pointless?

Do you think? Yeah I guess we do start quite late as oppose to other colleges.

I start college on the 15th so do a couple of others..
Oh yeah an OP i suggest you just skim through some revision guides and brush up on topics you found hard at GCSE..

I've been going through my science notes and writing them up again to include more information/read better. Repetition is key, so re-capping is a good idea (especially since the first Chemisty module for me is on Hydrocarbons and I haven't done them since year 10!)

I'm assuming you're taking German -- why don't you watch some movies dubbed in German (and with the German subtitles if it helps)? That's how I spent my French revision time before the exam, :biggrin:

It's a good idea. It'll refresh your mind on what you've done so the lessons won't be such a shock to the system.
