i went to have my mmr booster about a month ago and the nurse filled in my blue form - she said that doctors have no records of immunisations you get at school, so they won't have any dates of TB (BCG) jabs or meningitis C jabs. ring your old school or school nurse, they can tell you (although generally i think its around y9 you get all the injections)
